SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At AFRICALI Clothing, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

We currently offer exchanges only. We do not provide refunds except where required by law.

Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for an exchange:

• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• All original tags and packaging must be included.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

• Intimates and swimwear
• Clearance, sale, and bargain items
• Gift cards
• Customized or personalized products

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or an incorrect item was shipped.

To request an exchange, please contact us through our Contact Page and include:

• Order Number
• Full Name
• Product Name
• Reason for Exchange

Our team will respond with exchange instructions.

SHIPPING POLICY

United States Shipping

• Orders $88.00 and above qualify for FREE U.S. Shipping.
• Orders below $88.00 will be charged shipping at checkout.
• Orders are shipped via USPS, FedEx, UPS or other approved carriers.

Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
• During holidays, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.

Estimated Delivery Times

United States

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

International

• Standard International Shipping: 7–21 business days

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We proudly ship to select international destinations.

Please note:

• International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, customs fees, and import charges assessed by their local government.
• AFRICALI Clothing cannot mark merchandise as gifts or alter customs values.
• International orders may require additional verification before shipment.
• We do not ship to international P.O. Boxes.
• Some products may not be available for international delivery.

If an international shipment is refused by the customer, abandoned, or returned due to unpaid customs fees, shipping charges and customs-related costs will not be refunded.

ORDER VERIFICATION

To protect our customers against fraud, AFRICALI Clothing reserves the right to verify order information before processing.

If additional information is requested and no response is received within 3 business days, the order may be canceled.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
