EXCHANGE POLICY
We offer exchanges only within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be:
• Unworn and unused
• In its original condition
• Returned with all tags attached
• Returned in its original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase
To request an exchange, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning your item.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
EXCHANGE SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photographs of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.
NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for exchange:

• Gift cards
• Personalized or custom-made products
• Intimate apparel
• Items showing signs of wear, washing, or alteration

• Free U.S. Shipping on orders of $88.00 or more.
• Shipping charges for orders under $88.00 are calculated at checkout.
• Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
• Standard U.S. delivery typically arrives within 3–7 business days after shipment.
